The purpose of this service is to help the employee stay employed and the student to stay in school. For example, we can:

Help the individual maintain and develop his/her personal and professional motivation

Support the employee in the development of his/her resources (effective communication methods, change, conflict and stress management, cultivating harmonious relationships, etc.)

Identify his/her difficulties and the resources and support available to help overcome the obstacles

Follow up with the employer or teacher as needed
